Does AirDoctor come with filters?
Yes! There is a set of filters preinstalled for you when you first purchase the product. The price for said filters is included when you make your official purchase. However, you will have to replace them after six months or a full year according to the website's guidelines.
Does AirDoctor capture mold?
From smoke, dust, pet dander to harmful chemicals, the AirDoctor purifiers and their replacement filters can easily capture the tiniest particles, including mold spores!
How often should I change the filters?
AirDoctor recommends replacing the carbon filters every 6 months and the Hepa filter every year.
How much electricity does AirDoctor use?
If we want to be specific, AirDoctor consumes 11 watts on low setting and 110 watts on high setting. According to their website and statistics, the AirDoctor’s usage per year is calculated to $30-40 while on auto-mode 24/7.
