How Does it Work?

The company releases a new batch of boxes on the 1st of every month, and you will be charged between the 6th and the 15th of the month. Your box ships roughly a day after you have been charged, which is pretty fast.

There is no limit to the number of boxes you can get each month; you can get two, three, or more and add any box you want on top of your monthly Club Shipment. However, there are only two types of subscription services available:

• the Member Subscription gets you the brand’s flexible boxes at $45
• the Non-Member Boxes that allow you to get the Bespoke Post boxes at $55

Managing your Bespoke Post Subscription

If at some point, you want to skip a box for any reason, you can do so, and there is no limit to the number of times you can skip a box during your subscription as it’s practically non-committal. All you have to do is go to the “Manage your shipment” page of your account during the first five days of the month and click “Remove” on your current box.

Every Bespoke Post box reveals a product collection that revolves around a specific theme, allowing the members to experience a new hobby or introduce a different take on rituals like shaving in their life. All you have to do is create an account on the Bespoke Post website and complete a 10-question quiz about your hobbies and various products offered on the website, rating the potential boxes shown from “very interested,” to “open to trying,” to “not interested.”

Once you have signed up for the Bespoke Post subscription, you can see what box is selected for you before you ship. If you don’t like it, you can swap the box picked out for you for another one that suits your interests better or customizes styles and colors. Alternatively, you can skip a  month’s box altogether, which makes for a very flexible subscription.

However, these boxes change constantly, and they’re frequently sold out. Details For Her Box

Details for Her retails for $190 and includes two understated statement pieces as well as a beautiful fragrance. How to Sign Up for Bespoke Post

Signing up for a Bespoke Post membership is very easy. When you start signing up, the website will ask you to answer a short quiz about your interests and dislikes, including the kind of boxes you would be open to trying among:

When you order from Bespoke Post, the package will ship from Atlanta, Georgia, and you can expect your parcel between:

Standard shipping costs:

• $3.95 to the lower 48 states, and is free for all orders over $75

$10 for all orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada, and duties to Canada are covered by the company.

Returns

If you wish to return a Bespoke Post box or product, you have 60 days upon reception to do so. You can expect a refund after 2-3 weeks of the processing time. A $6 return fee incurs to the customer to cover the shipping and restocking cost. Alternatively, you can choose a free refund by selecting a credit to your account.

The amount of the return can be calculated with:

• the value paid for the product
• minus any discounts applied at checkout
• minus $6 if you choose a refund to your credit card

If you wish to return a box, the entire parcel must be returned as the company does not accept returns on only one item from a box. Standalone products must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging and mint condition.
