If you choose to do so, Fashionphile will store and sell your item on their website for you for a predefined fee that an agreement valid for 90 days will confirm.

To get a quote, you can submit an item online, schedule a virtual appointment, request a “White Glove pickup” in Southern California only, or simply check in a Fashionphile studio or showroom.

A few guidelines to sell on buyout:

• Enter the description and photos of your item on the website
• You sell your item directly to Fashionphile and get a quote valid for 30 days based on several criteria like availability, retail value, and condition of the item
• The buyout price ranges between 50% and 70% of the item’s resale value
• All buyout sales are final once payment has been issued
• Fashionphile issues payment upfront via store credit or Neiman Marcus Gift card (earning you an additional 10% bonus), check, PayPal, Direct deposit/ACH, or Wire Transfer
• Processing time takes between 2-4 days once checked-in and may take up to 10 business days for some items like fine jewelry, watches, Hermes Birkin, Hermes Kelly, and Hermes Constance bags
• Fashionphile offers free insured domestic shipping for items sent from the continental United States and free insured shipping from $1000 quoted value from outside continental U.S.

Sell on Consignment:

If you choose to sell your previously owned items on consignment, you engage in an agreement in which Fashionphile sells your item for you, earning a fee from the sale:

• 30% of the selling price goes to Fashionphile
• Tiered fee structure drops to 15% for bags selling for over $3.000

Consignments are a minimum term of 90 days, with a charge for early termination of a consignment agreement. Fashionphile offers free insured domestic shipping for items sent from the continental United States, and shipping is free from $1000 quoted value from outside continental U.S.

Customers from outside the US can also sell their pre-owned luxury bags, watches or accessories to Fashionphile, with the shipping costs incurring to the customer. If duties or taxes occur, Fashionphile will pay the fees upfront and split the cost with the seller 50/50, deducting the 50% portion of the total fees from the issued payment.
